Finish
Lets finish what we started. A Cut/Blow Dry/ Express Dry must be booked for every colour service/stand-alone Olaplex treatment.
Deposit
Deposits are taken for new clients, on bills over £100
Safety
We always skin test 2 days prior to your appointment (as a new client). This also applies for clients who haven’t been in over 6 months.
Confirmation
All clients will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to their appointment.
Consultation
Book a consultation, we can do your skin test when you come in for this too. This will give us a chance to plan your colour in advance of your appointment.
Cancellations
Please note we have a 24hr cancellation policy. Anything within this period will result in part payment of your original appointment value.
Recommend a Friend
Recommend a friend cards gives £25 off you and your bffs next appointment. Applies to a new client only and must be used for a hair cutting & colour service.
Pricing
Pricing is subject to change due to a rise in inflation and adjustments made by colour manufactures. This occurs once per year.
